Our original INMATE broke fashion rules. PROBATION is our idea of a repeat offender. Instead of separate lenses, it has a single contour of pure PLUTONITE lens material. The sculptural frame takes advantage of C-5, a lightweight alloy of five metal compounds. If you've never experienced the comfort of our straight-stem designs, you need to ditch ordinary shades that hook your ears and fit with unbalanced pressure points. PROBATION meets all ANSI Z80.3 standards for optical performance and precision, as well as Z80.3 basic impact standards. As far as UV protection goes, our proprietary lens material filters out 100% of all UV, not just UVA or UVB.

Check out the options for PROBATION, including IRIDIUM lens coatings that reduce glare and balance light transmission to maximize your vision. For environments where glare is a serious problem, consider Oakley HDPolarized lenses.

Best Aviator Sunglasses - Aviator Sunglasses For Men

!±8± Best Aviator Sunglasses - Aviator Sunglasses For Men

The original versions of aviator sunglasses (sometimes called pilot shades) were designed specifically to provide maximum eye protection. All early versions of these glasses had a tear drop shaped lens designed to completely cover the eye to protect it from bright sunlight and dangerous UV (ultra violet) rays.

The tear drop shape is still the most popular but modern versions can also be found with different lens shapes depending on the intended use for the glasses.

Modern materials mean that these glasses are lighter, stronger and more comfortable to wear for hours than the originals. Polycarbonate lenses are the most popular now because they are shatter resistant and provide the best protection from flying debris. The best aviator sunglasses have light, comfortable frames with earpieces that fit snugly.

Be Sure They Fit Right

It doesn't matter how good the glasses look on you if they don't fit right. People come in different sizes and shapes and so do good sunglasses. The most common complaint from people who buy sunglasses on line is that they don't fit correctly. The best suggestion is that you try the glasses at a local retailer before buying them. You may finally decide to buy online, but be sure you are buying the correct glasses for you.

Should You Get Polarized Sunglasses?

The answer to this may surprise you. Polarized sunglasses are not the best choice for most people.

Polarized sunglasses make a lot of sense for people who spend a lot of time on the water where sun glare from the water can cause a lot of eye fatigue. If you'll be on a boat for hours at a time you will find that polarized sunglasses keep you more comfortable.

The problem with polarized lenses is that they don't work well when viewing LCD (liquid crystal display) screens such as you have on your smart phone and many other modern devices, like the instrument panels on newer cars or airplanes. LCDs use a polarizing filter which conflicts with the polarization in the glasses.

How Expensive Are They?

When it comes to price... "you get what you pay for". You can find inexpensive aviator sunglasses for less than .00. If you buy them you'll probably be buying a replacement pair pretty soon. Good quality glasses will probably cost you from .00 to as much as 0.00, depending on what you are looking for. You can also pay a lot more than 0.00, but that means you are in the designer range where the name of the designer is more important than the functionality of the glasses.

As with anything else these days the list price for sunglasses is higher than what you will need to pay from a retailer like Amazon or its' competitors. Again, just be sure the glasses you buy really do fit correctly and are the right choice for you.

Well Known Manufacturers

There are a lot of companies who sell aviator sunglasses and many of them have good quality products. Unfortunately some of the products out there really don't measure up to the rest. It's best to stick with manufacturers with a solid reputation for quality, customer service and value.

Two companies with an excellent reputation are Ray-Ban, the original designer and producer of aviator sunglasses, and Oakley, with a strong background in providing equipment for a many different sports.

Ray-Ban - The Traditional Leader

Ray-Ban was founded in 1937 when the US government asked them to develop a replacement for the traditional pilot's goggles which were all that was available to protect pilot's eye from bright sunlight and UV rays. Originally owned by Bausch & Lomb, Ray-Ban was sold in 1999 to the Luxottica Group, a high-end Italian company.

Another popular style of sunglasses called the Wayfarer was also developed by Ray-Ban. Ray-Ban is considered a leader in the development of innovative approaches to eyewear.

The Ray-Ban website shows a very wide variety of styles, materials and color combinations, including polarized and non-polarized lenses. The list prices on polarized lenses in any particular style are typically .00 to .00 more than for non-polarized.

Among the more popular (best-selling) Ray-Ban models are:

• Aviator Large Metal - with prices starting at .00 for non-polarized.

• Aviator Small Metal - shown as "Petite Fit". List price is 9.00.

• Cockpit - start at 9.00.

• Aviator Titanium - pricing starts at 5.00

• Aviator Tech - pricing starts at 9.00. Newest models, with even lighter materials.

• Outdoorsman - start at 5.00

• Other models are available as well but these are the most popular.

The Ray-Ban reputation for quality is one reason that they are so very popular.

Oakley - Known for Innovation, Quality and Style

Unlike Ray-Ban, Oakley didn't start as part of a large corporation. In fact, Jim Jannard started in his garage with 0.00. Jannard believed that he would be able to build a company that could "work better and look better than anything else out there". His first product was a motorcycle grip that with a tread and shape that was unique and fit the rider's hand better than anything else.

Oakley is now a company with a wide variety of products that are well regarded by people devoted to many different sports. Their line of sports glasses, based on the original design of aviator sunglasses, is very successful and highly regarded. Oakley glasses feature maximum eye protection, a streamlined look and excellent performance. Oakley sunglasses don't necessarily conform to the original tear drop shape lenses but they are very effective as good looking eye protection.

With Oakley you have a wide variety of materials, colors and styles available. On the Oakley website there are 7 best-selling styles displayed, with a range of color combinations between frame and lens colors. List prices are shown but you will probably be able to buy for pretty good discounts from list:

• Plaintiff - Starting at 0.

• Polarized Probation - 0.

• Polarized Inmate - Starting at 0.

• Probation - Starting at 0.

• Polarized Crosshair 2.0 - Starting at 0.

• Crosshair 2.0 -Starting at 0.

• Inmate - Starting at 0.

You'll notice that the polarized glasses are considerably more expensive than the non-polarized. Why pay the extra money unless you really need polarization?

You may find you prefer aviator sunglasses from another manufacturer. That's fine. The intent of this report is to give you an idea about the characteristics of the best aviator sunglasses, particularly for men. Shop carefully and you will have sunglasses that you will feel good in and will be proud to wear.

Crime pays?

!±8± Crime pays?

The offense is defined as "a violation of a rule or law for which a penalty will ultimately be prescribed by some authority or power" (Crime). What if the offense does not exist? Who would finance public works? How many jobs do not exist? The community would require more funding from federal and state grants? Among other things, it is true that the derivation of financial crime is a punishment? The crime is economically beneficial or harmful to society? In this case study, the authorswill try to answer these questions. Using a sample, the authors show that funds derived from criminal activity to offset the costs of crime. In addition, this report presents the results of a detailed cost-benefit analysis, which includes the financial impact and benefits that crime imposes on society. This report states that the offense of acting as a stimulant economic. Instead of focusing on the morality of the crime, the authors focus on the financial andeconomic impact of criminal activity.

The first step in the process was to analyze a sample of choice. The sample size was important because it had to be an accurate representation of the population. The authors chose Chester County, Pennsylvania, because of its importance to West Chester University. Then assembled together the multiple authors and compiled financial statements. Income and disbursements and payments were made to each district court together with the budget Chester County. ForThe purpose of the search for revenues and expenses that were directly or indirectly, in connection with the crime, the data extracted from these documents (see Figure 1 shows).

The "statement" made the crime, which has made authors have demonstrated their financial assumptions to be true and accurate. The "income" final, said that the revenue and costs are almost equal. Therefore, the costs of crime are compensated directly from the crime revenue. Furthermore, let out a Chester Countygain of about two million dollars. Based on this analysis, it is fair to say that crime is easy financially advantageous for Chester County. This idea came to the conclusion that no additional state and state funding would be necessary if the crime did not exist. It should be noted that they were forced during the process of analysis, the authors make reasonable and proper assessment because of lack of information and resources. Detail so far as possible, the authorsreported the breakdown of costs in the respective categories of civil and criminal cases by the district courts of the officer. (See Figure 1 Exhibit, * 1). The general health and wellbeing of a community is important for all residents of Chester County. A stable economy is essential for successful living / county relations. Crime stimulates the local economy in many ways. The economic benefits directly and indirectly related crimes are countless. The authors have decided to name a fewthese benefits.

First, in determining the effect of crime on public works, two aspects must be considered. One is that the public works by state and federal grants and revenue will not be financed by the criminals. Therefore, one might think, crime has no effect on public works. Or not? Community service is another form of punishment, usually parallel to blame financial. In fact, non-violent criminals to contribute their work to the economy and other public utility projects. This "free labor" includes the performance of public works and general welfare of the community. If an amount of money can be assigned to community service, then the cost of excess revenues of public service that civil works to be financed by the State Second, there are many works that directly refer to the existence of the crime. These occupations often goes by lawyers, judges and law enforcement / probation / Parole Officer to go to prison security and judicial officials. Morethe local community to create jobs and decent wages for a lifetime employee benefits of their employees. The average salaries of police officers in uniform range of 4-60 dollars per year, excluding bonuses and overtime (Police Patrol). Lawyers who practice law for more than four years from an average of $ 90,000 and forcing them into a higher tax bracket (Salary Survey). Crime without a high-paying jobs may be moving towards extinction. Therefore, the county would receive less tax payments. Most lawyers are collecting salaries from local government, but they make a decent living. No more crime officers, lawyers, judges and police in civil matters still exist, but not in its current capacity.

Other important occupations that would be affected by the elimination of crime, the U.S. military. Many Marines, Army, Air Force and Navy personnel are located in Chester County, including one ofThe authors, Marine Corporal Cianci. In fact, it is an army base in the National Guard in downtown West Chester, Pennsylvania is not a crime, there would be a decline in the capacity of the armed forces. The loss or decline of these works will depend on crime to damage the local economy. The school system is another company that has been affected by crime. Chester County schools such as West Chester University, Penn State Great Valley, Immaculata University and is known for its criminal justice system announcedPrograms. Without crime, empty classrooms and teachers would be unemployed. The universities would be forced to shrink. The curriculum court would cease to generate income. University, based their curriculum would be distributed strictly according to law. Finally, the reader must consider how to influence the local economy of production. Prosecutors specifically drive vehicles, their skills help fight against crime and even make it possible. ThisVehicles are equipped with lights, sirens, and custom seats. Ford, General Motors and Chrysler are the three major automobile manufacturers in the United States for the assembly competent law enforcement vehicle (Police Car). If the crimes were eliminated from the manufacturing segment of the economy would be blurred. Decreased production would lead to a decrease in the gross domestic product. The principles of economics to establish that production companies in the United States provide a greatereconomic benefits compared to imported vehicles.

The study's authors doubt that the crime determines influences economic infrastructure. Without losing a crime of the economic pie would be complex. The most important influence comes from the cash flow that creates the crime. The revenues moved to the district courts, the benefits of paid and re-distributed individual municipalities and the province as a whole. It 'important to repeat the workand opportunities arising from the crime.

Now look at the previously established definition of the crime. This definition is an essential element in determining the '"other" financial and economic benefits of crime. At this point you might think, "where you want it?"

Previously, the authors have focused on the impact of crime and "law" reaction. The "law" includes all legal persons and legal entities that are dependent on the legality of the offense. What aboutCrimes that are punished financially by private institutions? These institutions are privately run universities universities, banks, apartment complexes, residential communities, libraries, movie / franchise rental companies medical / dental, and waste / recycling company. The privately owned companies are in power. Therefore, crimes not punishable by the court of justice, are violations of law resulting in fines and fees as well. These fines and fees collectedfor cancellation fees, late returns, late payment, "no show" and discovered. In addition, this revenue will be charged. Could be characterized as pure profit with no effort. In some cases the costs are even lower.

In the case of late fees, the dominant power is the University College. Yes, the university is funded by the state, but the late payment of registration fee benefits the school. It does all this does not stimulate the economy? Finally, the authors examine the drug, and privateAlcohol clinics and classes, and a conviction that I must flee to avoid sentencing. These structures, including Coad (Chester County Council on Addictions), in Exton, Pennsylvania, the single unit, separate from the state, and do not include budget revenue Chester County. For example, Coad taxes a person for driving under the influence of about $ 300 for enrollment in classes, local government has ordered arrested. The compilationelectronic money to stimulate the local economy and influences a wider extension of the Chester County community relationship.

Finally, suppose that would be vindictive crime is harmful to the strictly financial stability and economic infrastructure in Chester County. To tie it all together you have to imagine the big picture. The cash flow cycle responsible for the crime has a profound impact on the local economy. Crime does not pay? Yes, crime pays, and alsooffers economic benefits for Chester County and its subsidiaries.

Obtained (Appendix 1) Chester County, Pennsylvania, 2006-the proceeds of crime from law enforcement and judicial authorities, $ 51026376. The costs would be eliminated without crime $ 56328802. Gross income is $ 2309780.

The data were retrieved from the Chester County 2006 budget. 12% 88% civil and criminal law: The expense ratio has been specified by Chester County Civil / Criminal ratio, which corresponded determined. Sincewas not enough information or resources for fixed and variable costs in their respective components to be separated.

Biting the hand that is the fastest growing crime in America feeds

!±8± Biting the hand that is the fastest growing crime in America feeds

Be honest. Have you ever stolen from work? It took a little 'of "change" here and there? Time made up the card? Padded an expense? Ran personal commissions during working hours? From Xerox copies, while behind their backs? What about those in more envelopes, staples and paper clips, took home for children? If so, you're not alone. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce estimates, nearly 75% of employees stealing their jobs, and most do so repeatedly. I was one ofthem.

Last year was Janice Remote worn 45 years, the treasurer of their church suburban Detroit. Over several years, stole more than $ 700,000. He had no history of other addictions. He was married and had five children. Worn remotely said that his embezzlement began when she and her husband has fallen three months behind on mortgage payments. "I remember the first time I wrote a check to myself, not that there are proper," he said. "My hands were shaking so hard that he was almost able to manageScripture. I heard all the other options are exhausted. I do not know when the misappropriation of easing the need to preserve the lightness, but it was not long before the hole was so big I could not make it better deal. "She was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Because of the loss prevention experts worry about?

Most Wal-Mart have in recent leak that showed only a trend of reduction in loss prevention budgets and are less listened to little and shopliftingshoplifting and theft more than professional employees.

In 2005 I published my second book, "biting the hand that feeds: employee theft epidemic ... New perspectives, new solutions" (Infinity Publishing). I also organized and presented the first international conference on theft and disorder dependence of Detroit. For nearly a decade, I have advised clients addicted to shoplifting. While "'shoplifting addiction has gradually found wider acceptance and understanding, recently the FBIcalled employee theft "the fastest growing crime in America." Increasingly, I have dealt with the chronic struggle with theft by employees and employers have nothing, to understand and reduce this phenomenon has interviewed.

The American Society of employers reported that 20% of every dollar an American company that deserves to be employee theft, lost - $ 53.6 billion € a year. 55% of offenders are in the highest position and the average length of time it has taken 18Months. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce estimates a third of all failures are the direct result of employee theft. And the Boston Globe published an article in September 2005, indicating U.S. businesses lose $ 759 billion a year, "theft-time" in the employees to falsify time cards, taking long pauses, lingering on the Internet or by phone, please personal commissions during 'working hours and also for new jobs, while their views on current offers.

Our work is hard and we work in ahealthy environment and transparent. I have been a chemical dependency counselor at a clinic for seven years and was its director for two people. Even in the world "Touchy" of our profession, the workplace can feel like an aquarium toxic. We all are working with injuries and emotional problems. Let our family dramas, failures and problems of authority in the workplace. Theft employee can be a cry for help, a cry for attention, a sign that something deeper wrong. But we rarely see, much less to find out what it is.

Many workers have set loss prevention to stop the "professional shoplifter" and may be a tendency to simplify, because people steal or commit theft by employees. Many could not care less because people steal. Too often we assume people steal to support a dependence below and will stop if the "get sober." This is not always true. For many, the theft or the drug. Many remain in denial or too embarrassed to ask for help. ManyI keep thinking of stealing only from a moral, legal and financial. "Just keep working the steps" is what many have felt and experienced. Specialized treatment may be necessary, but there are few books, some self-help groups, and few therapists who specialize in treating behavioral theft, including theft of employees.

And 'difficult, because many complex factors and motivations that people steal from work, guess what? Job security continues to decline, while the pressure to work harder, faster, with lessTo increase the compensation. We have created a climate of resentment, distrust, betrayal, even harassment. Polls show the main concern of most employees is the lack of appreciation and recognition. "You owe me," is, as many believe. Sometimes, as with Janet worn at a distance, external events or problems are the catalyst. Theft employee begins usually a bit 'at a time. Most do not even think of that theft. The next thing you know, a star employee is discharged in handcuffs.

A larger socialQuestion?

Millions of workers with problems of theft of employee representatives to go unnoticed or untreated, which could otherwise be helped. If a customer loses his job because of a theft in the workplace, treatment is usually to a screeching halt. The shame and the decision to deal with people is unimaginable. People with criminal records, especially crimes of theft will face great obstacles in finding decent work. Those who have no jobs, no hope, followed by addiction, crime and self-harm often.

Traditionally, most companiessimply fire employees who steal. While this is an option, not on the following questions: Why are so many people steal, and there are other ways to prevent and deal with theft? The cost of losing an employee who can not be replaced easily, lose the opportunity to rehabilitate him and his help in strengthening the prevention of losses and the disclosure of the issue to a future employer: Other factors to consider. Most companies have a certain sensitivity to the employeesDrugs, alcohol and gambling. One can not work, they are, they do a poor job, and harass an employee, "to steal, and so", but why steal a sacred cow, when the extent that they come anyway? "Thou shalt not steal" is deeply rooted.

We need progressive education, prevention and treatment of theft employee. Encourage better management and strategies for motivating employees. I recommend that companies regularly, to facilitate meetings, ideally by a neutral outside consultants to air complaintsan apology and to express appreciation and gratitude "to keep the tank clean." I suggest, confidential consultation open to anyone who might have a problem thefts are offered. Most employers I have spoken less cared to find out who is to steal no more.

I talked to a couple of years with both the Human Resources Director and the head of loss prevention for a national restaurant chain. They told me that his company deals with "the totality of circumstances" when an employeehave discovered that stealing from the company. They were ahead of the pack I know many people addicted to stealing more. Often these employees' internal probation "has been asked and advice. It is this approach effective counseling or fiction? The long-term consequences are not yet in, but at least it's a sign of progressive-thinking mind. The company seemed happy to be one of the lowest turnover rate in the industry praise.

A recent client of mine was aAssistant Manager for a furniture store for the national home. And 'married with two young daughters twins earned an MBA and lives in a suburb pleasant. He had a long history of theft, theft of employees, and came to me after seeing he was arrested for breaking into cars, people. If ever a person who asks for help, it was. I suspect that was mainly stolen in response to her was abused as a child, and later, after an injury in the early twenties by an armed robbery. Its borders and security has been violated and that he was reliving the experience from the point of view the author from the violation of the boundaries of others. His was stolen, basically a cry for help.

During our work together, even at home (Cleptomaniacs And shoplifters anonymous) meetings. I gradually involved in the treatment and how his wife had become parents as partners, has continued to rise. He reported feeling exploited by his boss at work andEmployees who abuse the emotions provoked and taken away as a way to lash out. His wife and his former therapist asked him to leave his job immediately. He was afraid of being fired or going to be worse, prosecuted. I shared their concerns, but concerns my client had no money and no structure for the time, they have - which can be a problem, too.

Instead, I have a contract with him to begin to practice my assertiveness at work (at home) and, simultaneously, to finally take action on its own ground andGarden business, which had pushed to the backburner. It is worth noting that in six months he had his job and did more landscaping than they could handle. His self-esteem and confidence blossomed. His relationship with his wife improved. His journey to wellness goes, but has advanced with the right treatment and support.

Another client was Director of Accounting at a retreat center. He had stolen $ 50,000.00 from its previous work in the same position, but hadis able to pay in secret overlooked in the period prior to departure without. Recently subtracted $ 40,000.00 from their current job, he noticed that they get out of control and sought help. Her husband was aware of two burglaries and admitted that he gave her the first time, entrusting them with their money. This time, on the verge of divorce, they knew they needed a different approach. Through our work together, we discovered that they spent almost all the money they have stolen things for her husband. Theirdid not feel worthy of his love, and he feared that he would never leave his mother when he was three years. Although important questions remain, she secretly paid back the money alone this time and learned on the job without compensation or the value of marriage.

I spoke with employee theft in 2006 at the annual conference of Michigan Managers' and also on theft addictions and illnesses in San Fernando Valley, California, the staff of Employee Assistancemonthly meetings and in 2007 at the annual conference of the CPA Kentucky. To realize more and more people from different sectors, we need to think outside the box of the theft,.

I hope I have helped shed light on this problem of employee theft actions. It takes more than meets the eye. This is a new frontier of theory and therapy. We must be willing to study our dishonesty, and these problems are with our customers. My hope is that we are together on the cutting edgeto help healthy individuals, families, business organizations and companies.
